This is a really nice collection of Vegan Slow cooker recipes! These are quick, easy to follow recipes that use normal ingredients you probably already have in your cupboard/fridge. The book would be worth buying for the photos alone.I wound up buying 3 copies of her first book because I loaned them to people who loved it. I've made many recipes from this book, and every single one has been delicious. In the end, the reader gains a better sense for what a truly manageable and meaningful `load' looks like. I suspect that I would enjoy reading the entire book.. The pictures are very good and the finished projects are quite lovely. Much reviled in his lifetime, Chambers was totally vindicated by the release of the Vedona archives.. Also the details in it are kind of weak. The recipes offer variety in prep time, in that some include canned items, some are entirely fresh, and some require oven or stovetop use.
