I ordered it immediately and was not disappointed. I came back and gave the book an extra star. Homes were filled with water and many lives were lost. It's beautifully written and quite a compelling read. I would have given this book5 stars except for the fact some of the codes in the book are not tested and don't work. There are pictures too to show on how to properly do the exercise and workouts
