From the fluid dynamics science to stroke techniques, Sheila gives convincing explanations on what elite swimmers do to outperform in the deep blue. This is a brilliant and also useful book for anyone who is overworked, overextended and/or raising a family and may be helpful to anyone going through illness or recovery from an addiction. What I found was that this book anticipates this from the reader and invests the first few chapters teaching such topics.As you progress through the high frequency analysis and learning how to apply the smith chart, you're brought into the world of active circuits. Instead the author includes a brief description of how they were made but then refers you to rug hooking books (but not specific titles) to learn how. Nothing new here.. Without good help for yourself, you can't help them.The main resource so many parents hear about when their child is diagnosed with ADD or ADHD is CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder). I read this good and concise book, here in Brazil. I am impressed with the change in my actual health.
