I've really enjoyed this series to date. There is plenty of advice available on public speaking and in-person presentation skills, but how do you go about preparing and executing a high-quality virtual presentation? That is the question addressed by Timothy Koegel in this book. I don't know that I saw anything in here that could not be achieved on the average grill, griddle (chapa, plancha), or grill pan.This, as most cookbooks by high end chefs do, rarely takes into account the availability, or lack thereof, of certain cuts of meat, certain fishes, certain cheeses in most of the Midwest. Nice and sturdy to take the rugged treatment of a toddler's hands. This was the first book I've read by Timothy Koegel and I happened upon it by accident. That the author justifies this truly greedy, self-centered, criminal activity as acceptable, even heroic, behavior is unbelievable.
