I have mixed feelings about this book. The routines are simple and can be done anywhere, which is great. Some good info not much new info but worth readingMonroe does a god job. Easy to read, easy to follow, quick reference to find what you're looking for. Especially important is its presentation for the evidence of trans-generational trauma, in perpetuating the suffering of untold numbers of people across the centuries.
